To change the appearance of the formatted royalty statements, do the following:
1. Go to Data & functions > Royalty statements. Select a royalty statement to use as an example (you can select any statement, preferably one which provides a representative selection of data). With the royalty statement selected, click the Documents icon.
2. From the list of available reports, select "Royalty statement". Go through the different tabs and set the options to determine the formatted statement appearance. Then click "Preview".
3. Review the results. Click "Exit preview", adjust the settings if necessary and preview again. You can continue doing this until the statement displays the way you want.
4. When the statement appears the way you want it, exit preview and click "Save settings"
5. Assign a name for your template, and click "OK"
6. The saved template will now be available to use when you generate statements via a Royalty Run.
In your royalty run, click the Generate command, then select your template (from above) from the drop-down selection.
7. Click OK. The individual PDFs will be generated using the new template.
