How can I make mass changes to reserve rules?
You can modify reserve rules across multiple royalty contracts using the technique shown below.
This feature is available in release 4.10.21 and later.
1. In the Royalty Contracts view, select the royalty contracts containing the reserve rules you wish to modify, then from the Actions dropdown, select "Modify" and click "Go".
2. In the Modify Royalty Contracts dialogue, select the Reserve rules tab. Tick the checkbox next to the category you wish to modify; this will enable the options for that category, and you can then set the desired options.

.
3. Click OK to modify the reserve rules for the selected royalty contracts.
- Only the selected categories are affected. (In the example illustrated above, the "Apply to" option will be modified in the target reserve rules, whereas other parts of the reserve rules - Method, Rates, etc. - will not be affected.)
- This action will affect all reserve rules in any selected royalty contract. If you have royalty contracts with multiple reserve rules, and you only want to change some rules but not others, you must edit the reserve rules individually from within the contract details.
This action cannot be undone. Make a backup copy of your database prior to performing bulk modify actions if you're not sure of the results.
