How do I import ONIX data?

How do I import ONIX data?

You can easily import title and product information into That's Rights! or EasyRoyalties from ONIX-formatted XML files.

Compatible with ONIX 2.0 and 3.0.

1. From the main menu, go to Importing, then click "Browse..." to select the ONIX data file that you want to import. (Change the file type to XML to search for your XML file.)

2. Click "Next..." to proceed to the next step:

3. In the next page, in the Type of Data field select "Titles & properties", then set the Format to "ONIX". Then click "Next".

4. Select the options for determining how the import will handle your ONIX data. The most common requirements are set as the default options. If you need more information or can't find the option that gives you the desired result, contact us at support@thatsrights.com.

After setting the desired options, click "Next".

5. Your ONIX data will now be loaded for importing (this can take a few minutes if you have a large ONIX file). The next page will show a preview of your ONIX data; just click "Next".

6. The data will now be imported. (This can take a few minutes if you have a large amount of data.)

Once the import has completed, the Review page is displayed. Click "Finish" to save the import, or "Cancel" to cancel the import and start again (if you Cancel, the import will be discarded and no data will be added or changed in your database).

7. All done!
