Information exchange with other applications

To exchange information with other applications, use the Import and Export capabilities of That's Rights! / EasyRoyalties, and transfer data via Excel spreadsheets or CSV files.

Common scenarios where information exchange might be useful include:
  • EasyRoyalties: Transferring information from Royalty Statements and/or Royalty Payments to external accounting systems
  • That's Rights!: Transferring information from Invoices to external accounting systems
  • That's Rights!: Importing Payments Received information from external accounting systems
... and so on.

Exporting information

To Export information from That's Rights! / EasyRoyalties:

From any view in the Data & Functions panel, select the desired data (or apply a filter to limit the information to the desired data), and select the Export command




In addition to Data & Functions, an export command is available on many of the reports in the Reporting panel. Exporting from within a report provides access to the report's underlying data.



Importing information


To transfer information from external systems to That's Rights! / EasyRoyalties, save the information from the foreign system as a Microsoft Excel Worksheet or as a standard CSV file, and then use the Import function in That's Rights! / EasyRoyalties to import the information.
