How to remove and re-install That's Rights! / EasyRoyalties
The following instructions explain how to completely remove and re-install That’s Rights!, That’s Rights! Agents or EasyRoyalties. This procedure can repair certain installation errors which may have caused the software to stop working.
1. From the Windows Control Panel, go to Programs > Programs & features
2. Select (as appropriate) That’s Rights v4 / That’s Rights Agents v4 / EasyRoyalties v4 and click “Uninstall”
3. Select “Microsoft Access Runtime 2010” and click “Uninstall”. (This is the Microsoft Access runtime component which is installed and used by the application; this is a separate from other versions of Microsoft Access that you may have installed for your own purposes.)
4. Now re-install the application, using the “first-time” installer. (This will install both the Microsoft Access Runtime 2010 and the application components.)
