Backing up your database (and back-up reminders)
Your database is a file separate from That's Rights! or EasyRoyalties software; it sits on your device or any external server on the same LAN. To avoid losing any data, your database file should be backed up periodically with any back-up system you have in place and use for your other files.
You can nonetheless execute additional back-ups from within That's Rights! and EasyRoyalties before performing actions that will modify or delete a lot of records.
You can execute a back-up as follows:
- Go to the 'Data & functions' menu
- Select 'Database management' on the submenu
- Click 'Backup now...'
Back up reminders can be activated/deactivated from:
Options & settings > Database management > Backup reminders
