How do I send my database to Support?

To send your database (along with supporting files such as error logs and settings files):

1. Go to Options & settings > Database management and click "Package files for support"




2. Select the items to include (database, error log, settings file, etc.), then click "Browse..." and specify a filename for the support package.




3. Click "OK" to create the support package.



4. Now go to the location on your PC where you saved the support package. To send us the file via our WeTransfer portal: https://thatsrights.wetransfer.com/
