I'm getting a message that my database is corrupt

If your software stops or cannot be launched and gives you an error message that your database is corrupt, you will need to send us your database file for us to examine and repair (if possible).

You can send us your zipped database file via WeTransfer to info@thatsrights.com.

If you wish us to sign a non-disclosure agreement before repairing your database or if a a previous NDA with your company has expired, we will be happy to send you our standard NDA agreement for signature. Please contact us for more information.

Tips:
  • In multi-copies installation of our products, remember to follow all the setting-up instructions on how to to share a database (e.g. restrictions concerning remote access, etc; see
    https://support.thatsrights.com/portal/kb/articles/setup-new-database for more information).
  • Back up your database file frequently with any backup tools you already have in place. If your current database cannot be repaired you will need to revert to the latest backed up file.
  • Give your database file (and backups) distinct and searchable names and keep them in a safe location that you can easily remember.
